-The camera noise reduction is more obvious in a JPEG image compare to RAW

-The camera 's noise become a real problem when it's an ISO higher than 800. Thus, the lower the ISO, the sharper and less noise the image have.

-The best setting with no noise reduction and no loss of sharpness is to have the lowest ISO(ISO100) and a high f/stop.


-The JPEG has more contrast and the noise reduction makes the image more softer the higher the ISO. The RAW keeps the detail but it's more prone to have more noise the higher the ISO gets compare to JPEG.
